How it works

Connect your Google
Sign up, tap “Connect my Google,” pick your shop, and pick your voice — warm, short, or funny, plus anything never to say.
We write the reply
A new review lands, we write a reply in your voice — it thanks the customer by name and answers what they actually said. Bad review? Calm and kind, never arguing.
You tap Approve
You get a note: “Your reply is ready.” Tap Approve, Edit, or Skip. Nothing ever posts without your tap.

Questions
Does anything post without my approval?
No. In version 1, every reply waits for your tap — Approve, Edit, or Skip. You are the author; FUR44 is the ghost-writer. Our name appears nowhere on your replies.
Can I see the replies in my own Google account?
Yes. Replies post from your shop’s own Google account, under your shop’s name — so you see them right next to the review in your Google Business page, and here in FUR44.
What about Trustpilot and Facebook reviews?
Google is first. Trustpilot and Facebook come next, in the same one page with the same one Approve button. We only promise doors that are open to outside tools — systems like Booking.com keep replies inside their own pages, so we never promise those.
Will it ever make something up?
No. Replies only use what the review itself says. If the review doesn’t say we fixed something, the reply doesn’t claim it.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel?
