Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026. FUR44 is a division of Vend Wiki Inc., an Ontario, Canada company. This policy is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account information — your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text).
Shop information — your shop's name and the Google Business Profile connection you choose to make.
Reviews and replies — the Google reviews for your connected shop (or reviews you paste in), the drafts we write, your edits, and your approve/edit/skip decisions.
Launch list — if you join the launch list, your email address, used only to tell you when FUR44 opens.
Payment information — handled by Stripe when you choose a paid plan. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run your account: watch for new reviews, draft replies, post the replies you approve, and send the emails the service needs (like account confirmations). Your reviews, replies, and shop content are not used to train AI models, and we do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Supabase — database and sign-in, in a Canadian region.
OpenAI — writes reply drafts through its API. Review text is sent for drafting; API data is not used by OpenAI to train its models.
Google — the connection you authorize to your Business Profile, governed by Google's own terms and your grant.
Stripe — payments, if you choose a paid plan.
Cloudflare — hosts this website.

Cookies

Only what is needed to keep you signed in and the site working. No advertising trackers.

Your choices

Disconnect Google at any time — new drafting and posting stop.
Cancel at any time — see the Terms.
Ask us to delete your account data: reply to any email we send you, or reach us through the launch list before launch. Replies already posted to Google remain under your Business Profile, because they are yours.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and note the date before the change applies to you.
